This role entails overseeing the design, development, and implementation of SAP applications, ABAP development, configuration, and integration using BTP, ensuring best practice in coding, testing, and documentation. The SAP Development Lead will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners to address business needs and optimize SAP functionality. The role will also ensure third-party software and integration development meets EBOS development and quality requirements.What we are looking for:Solid experience as a previous incumbent as an SAP Development Manager (or similar) in team management, implementing and enforcing development standards, QA processes, and governance frameworks.Strong understanding of SAP development tools, methodologies, and frameworks.Strong understanding of SAP modules and integration points.Strong knowledge of SAP release management (SAP SolMan, Charm & Cloud ALM functionalities, transport management, etc.)Strong understanding of the SAP BTP and BAS toolsets and capabilities and the SAP clean core best practice concepts.Understanding the management of a composite SAP landscape (S/4 Hana, SAP BTP, SAP Ariba, Satellites).Experience in the overall activities part of SAP landscape functional lifecycle maintenance.Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
