You will be responsible for managing and delivering IT projectsand supporting / enhancing existing business processes andsolutions to Rheem Australia group businesses.
Your main area of focus will be processing improvement throughthe enhancement of existing platforms, namely SAP ECC in theProcure to Pay area supporting all other departments such asManufacturing, Warehouse, Materials Management, Procurement, etc.while providing general consequential support services to Financedepartment.
More specific responsibilities are outlined below;
Deliver agreed SAP solutions that meet our businessrequirements and achieve agreed outcomes using Industry Bestpractices. This involves configuring, developing, testing, andreviewing all software and configuration changes for seamlessintegration using SAP ECC platform, including setting upend-to-end P2P processes.Provide second level support for P2P related businessapplications users i.e. the highest level of support withinRheem Australia for the SAP environment.Maintain a comprehensive understanding of SAP functionalityand capability in P2P area which will enable you to makerecommendations / initiate proposals regarding business processimprovements / standardisation, opportunities for businesses toobtain greater value from IT solutions etc. Collaborate withother SAP Business Analysts, IT teams, and businessstakeholders to ensure seamless integration with other SAPmodules (e.g., SAP Materials Management, SAP Sales andDistribution) and overall business processes.Assure the delivery of outsourced services on servicerelated to ensure that service quality meets agreedexpectations and contract conditions.Ensure compliance with a common system architecture anddefined technology practices.Provide consultative services to business process ownersand SMEs including managing project budgets, business casedevelopment, and strategic project identification.Ensure that systems integrity is maintained by the reviewedand controlled introduction of change into theenvironment.Train the trainers (key users) in the service business onimplemented solutions.Learn and grow into other functional areas and applications(like S/4 HANA) in line with our digital transformationjourney.Administer the user security system for SAP. This requiresa detailed knowledge of user profiles and authorisation objectswith SAP. The incumbent verifies all requests for additions,changes and deletions of authorisations for authenticity alsoensuring conflicts are avoided. A detailed audit trail ismaintained of changes made. Assistance will berequired from time to time in SAP security audits.About you To be successful in this role you will have:
