Aged Care Regional Manager - Relocate to Melbourne $170k - $190k + super + salary packaging
Exciting opening for an experienced Aged Care Regional Manager looking for their next challenge. This position requires an energetic and dynamic leader who has proven experience in multisite operational management.
Overseeing a medium-sized remit, you will be based in Melbourne, with travel to regional sites. You are a collaborative and hands-on Regional Manager who inspires and leads your team from the front.
We are looking for someone to commence in this role in early January 2025.
Experienced candidates should be able to demonstrate:
Successful multi-facility management with a recognised leading Aged Care provider AHPRA registration preferable but not essential Continued progression, ideally starting with clinical training Good team building and leadership skills An appreciation of key P/L drivers An understanding of funding complexities and likely future developments in the field Demonstrate reasonableness and a strong sense of fair play, particularly when under stress Prior experience managing a commissioning process would be an advantage In return, this organisation can provide a stable career platform and some relocation support for the right candidate.
