Implement initiatives to drive customer growth within the local market. Assess annual cash flows and financial statements to formulate complex strategies. Sanction lending decisions within your delegated authority, and submit for approval on larger proposals. Maintain a strong credit risk profile for the portfolio and provide expert financial guidance. What you bring to the table: A degree (or post-graduate qualification such as CA, CPA, ACCA, MBA, CIB) and experience in agribusiness banking or financial services. A deep understanding of the Australian agriculture sector, including post-farm gate operations and lending. A proven track record in relationship management, credit assessment, and customer growth.
