ABOUT THE ROLE: Join our expanding Sales + Education team as an Account Manager at Rogue Beauty! We're on the lookout for passionate individuals from diverse backgrounds, with experience in the hairdressing industry. We are looking for a new Account Manager based in Perth, WA. As an Account Manager, you'll play a crucial role in the continued growth and success of our salon community in your territory, representing our portfolio of brands. Your primary responsibility will be to drive knowledge and business growth through sales and education, building brand loyalty, and enhancing brand recognition within a designated geographic territory. Collaborating with the Rogue Beauty sales team, you'll help open doors to new salons and increase sales through comprehensive product and technical education, merchandising, and cultivating strong relationships. A key responsibility will be to connect with Key Accounts, building strategic growth. Reporting to the Head of Sales and Education for your specific territory, you'll have set targets for educating and training salons and expanding sales within existing accounts through continued training and education. Your performance and bonus will be determined by the achievement of these goals. This role entails regional travel, weekend, and interstate travel for quarterly Sales and Education meetings. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: Build strong, trusting relationships with salon owners, stylists, and employees. Support artistic workshops, digital education, and in-salon classes. Collaborate with Rogue Beauty to develop and support salon-specific sell-in and sell-through strategies, leveraging your technical expertise. Conduct high-quality in-salon presentations and product classes. Collaborate with the sales team in your territory to inspire and engage our salon partners. Demonstrate agility and excellent organisational skills. Develop strategic customer acquisition strategy. Promote, plan, coordinate, and contribute to regional and national company-sponsored events focused on business development and education. Attend all company-provided meetings and training sessions. Stay up-to-date with industry and market trends. Utilise and document all salon interactions in Rogue Beauty's CRM. Occasional overnight travel of up to 20%. ABOUT YOU: Demonstrated experience in sales and education. Previous experience in the Hairdressing Industry is highly desirable. Engaging and empathetic communication style. Proficiency in Excel, Power Point and One Drive. Genuine passion for the industry. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with salon professionals and key stakeholders. Strong organisational acumen. Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Flexibility to travel frequently to salon locations within Australia.
