Are you a skilled professional in compliance and audit, ready to make a significant impact? We are a leader in certificate creation services to installers of our renewable energy products and we are looking for a proactive Operations Manager to drive our compliance and audit functions to the next level.
The role
We're hiring a passionate and skilled Business Operations Manager to bring strategic focus and dynamic energy to our day-to-day operations. This role is essential in helping us streamline processes, explore growth opportunities, and drive sustained success. Working closely with our CEO, you'll gain a deep understanding of our business, leverage your expertise to enhance efficiencies, and lead initiatives that foster both team and organisational growth.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee Daily Operations: Lead and manage all aspects of day-to-day operations, focusing on compliance, audit, and quality assurance to optimise productivity, efficiency, and team performance. Develop and Implement Operational Standards: Establish and maintain robust operational standards, procedures, and controls to drive consistency and support well-informed, data-driven decision-making. Drive Process Improvement: Regularly review and analyse performance data, identifying areas for operational enhancements and creating action plans to improve business outcomes. Cross-functional Support: Provide hands-on, practical support across various departments as needed, collaborating on both technical and operational tasks to ensure seamless operations. Strategic Collaboration with Leadership: Partner closely with the CEO to identify strategic opportunities, support key initiatives, and contribute to the company's long-term vision. Foster Team Engagement and Development: Motivate, mentor, and empower your team to achieve individual and collective goals, cultivating a positive and productive workplace culture. Ensure Compliance and Risk Mitigation: Oversee the development of compliance and audit procedures, managing risk effectively while ensuring full regulatory compliance across operations. Enhance Communication and Coordination: Improve communication across departments, ensuring clear alignment with business objectives and seamless execution of operational strategies. About You
You're a proactive, hands-on leader with sharp operational insight, strong commercial awareness, and solid experience navigating regulatory environments. With at least 5 years of experience in managing high-performing teams, you thrive in small to medium office settings where your expertise spans multiple business areas, including sales, customer support, and financial analysis. Your approach is rooted in a commitment to excellence, consistently exceeding expectations, and fostering strong relationships with partners and stakeholders. You bring a strategic mindset, adaptability, and the drive to make a lasting impact on our team and business.
Salary and Benefits
