Developers/Programmers (Information & Communication Technology) ABOUT THE ROLE Our client is an organization using technology and Saa S to evolve their industry.
They are looking for a Technical Lead to manage the technical governance of business systems, focusing on Salesforce and its integration with financial systems, middleware, and other technologies.
This role requires hands-on expertise and leadership, especially during incident response and when testing new tools.
You'll drive technical processes and best practices across the organization, working closely with developers, external vendors, and the Software Development Manager.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Drive technical strategy for business systems, with a primary focus on Salesforce and system integrations; Establish and enforce technical standards, ensuring alignment with IT strategy and business goals; Lead hands-on incident response and prototype new tools and technologies; Mentor and collaborate with developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and design principles; Oversee system integrations, ensuring seamless data flow, scalability, and security across platforms.
KEY REQUIREMENTS Previous experience driving technical governance for Salesforce and integrations, aligning with business and IT strategies; At least 3 - 5 years in a Senior role establishing and enforcing best practices for architecture, secure coding, and development methodologies; Lead hands-on incident management, troubleshooting, and prototyping.
Mentor teams, overseeing integrations, release processes, and continuous improvement; Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, or related field; Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect) preferred; Strong knowledge of Agile, Dev Ops, and secure development practices.
