About the role Are you passionate about technology and sustainability? Do you want to play a key role in helping businesses transition to clean energy? Join Origin Zero on a 12-month contract, as a Salesforce System Administrator and be at the forefront of the energy transition! As part of our innovative Origin Zero team, you'll contribute to delivering cutting-edge technology solutions that help large businesses achieve their energy goals and lead the way to a net-zero future.
Your responsibilities will include: Ensure our Salesforce environment runs smoothly, optimising its performance and enabling users to succeed.
Utilise your expertise to create custom objects, fields, and automation using tools like Process Builder, Flow, and Workflow Rules.
Manage and protect data, ensuring consistency across downstream applications and maintaining data quality through proactive monitoring.
Work closely with stakeholders to develop reports and dashboards that drive informed decision-making.
Showcase new capabilities to the user community, improve adoption, and coach junior Salesforce administrators.
What will you bring? You will be proficient in Salesforce configuration, customisation, and administration with a strong understanding of data management.
Coupled with strong analytical skills and enjoyment of problem-solving, with the ability to build complex models and work with large datasets.
You will also be able to demonstrate: Experience in Salesforce administration with the relevant certification.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, ready to work cross-functionally to achieve common goals.
Ability to work effectively across teams, understand diverse perspectives, and align work with broader business objectives.
Adaptability to new technologies, processes, and industry trends, particularly in a rapidly evolving sector.
Passion for customers' needs and exceeding customer expectations.
