They are leaders in the plan management sector, reducing the barriers for people with disability and enabling a more inclusive Australia.
They are headquartered in Adelaide CBD, offering flexible working arrangements across Sydney as well.
Salary for this position is $150,000 - $180,000 base + super depending on experience.
Role: As the Salesforce Product Manager you will leading the evolution of roadmap capabilities for the platform.
They currently have an excited environment with Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing and Data-cloud with initiatives to bring in Agentforce.
Key responsibilities: Client-Centric Approach: Continuously engage with Clients and Providers to understand their needs and pain points, ensuring their voice is central to product development Vision and Strategy: Contribute to and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy that aligns with company objectives and inspires the team.
Outcome-Focused: Define and measure success through clear objectives and key results, focusing on delivering impactful outcomes rather than just outputs.
Prioritization and Road mapping: Maintain a well-prioritized product backlog and roadmap that reflects strategic priorities and customer needs.
Identify and ensure alignment on the best prioritisation framework for your product area.
Continuous Improvement: Encourage a culture of continuous learning and improvement, both within the product team and across the organization.
You will have: 3 + years Product experience: Define program scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and platform configuration tools.
Proven ability to manage complex projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Experience working with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or Trello.
Experience leading the design and implementation of key Salesforce functionalities,
