CalibrX is Australia's leading Salesforce recruitment agency, and we proudly partner with a leading FMCG company based out of Brisbane. We are looking for a Salesforce Platform Manager to lead, run, and manage their Salesforce org, and the pipeline of project work is lined up for the business.
The right person will lead and run all salesforce projects in the business, design and streamline processes, and advise on best practices. The right person will have a solid technical capability for writing complex flows, integrating third-party apps, and able to work closely with the key Stakeholders across the business.
Responsibilities: You will build customized solutions in Salesforce and associated systems that support business requirements and processesDrive system design and configuration with scalable solutions addressing potential future needsSupporting a diverse partner group in all phases of Salesforce administration: planning/grooming, delivery, support, bug investigation and resolutionTranslating business requirements into logical Salesforce technical designsExperience: Proven experience leading a salesforce instance as the salesforce administrator, platform manager, or a Salesforce Consultant ready to move inhouseUnderstanding of the capabilities and constraints of the Salesforce platform, including Salesforce user and security model and governor limitsExperience integrating salesforce applications with external systems, especially document generation toolsBe self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously and use initiativeResult orientatedWhy you should apply: An opportunity to own the salesforce platform and have a real impact on the use and adoption of the systemWork flexibilityWork with a team that values collaboration and fosters career developmentIf you are interested in this role and would like to hear more, hit the apply button with your updated CV and we will contact you.
