As a Salesforce QA Specialist, you will be instrumental in ensuring the quality and reliability of our Salesforceapplications and services. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to perform comprehensivetesting, identify issues, and contribute to the successful deployment of high-quality Salesforce solutions. Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and create comprehensive test plans and test cases for Salesforce applications
Perform manual testing of Salesforce functionalities to ensure they meet business requirements and user expectations
Develop and execute automated tests using Selenium with Java, Provar, or similar tools to streamline testing processes and increase test coverage
Conduct regression testing, performance testing, and load testing as needed
Identify, document, and track bugs through resolution
Work closely with developers and stakeholders to ensure timely bug resolution and smooth deployment of applications
Provide accurate testing status reports and metrics to the project team
Stay updated with Salesforce updates, new features, and best practices to continuously improve testing strategies
Desired Skills and Experience
5-8 years of experience in Salesforce QA roles
Proficiency in Salesforce Automation using Selenium with Java
Strong experience in Salesforce manual testing (minimum 3 years)
Omni Studio experience is essential (minimum 1 year)
Familiarity with automation tools such as Provar, TOSCA, or similar
Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and software development life cycle (SDLC)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and collaboration abilities
