Engineering - Software (Information & Communication Technology)
We are seeking a Salesforce Engineer to join our Digital Platforms team. Reporting to the Digital Platforms Manager the Salesforce Engineer will be responsible for hands-on lead technical design, development, configuration of a Salesforce software solution which will drive an improved internal and external customer experience through a 360-degree view of customer data.
 
The Salesforce Engineer will work closely with IT, Aged and Community Care and other stakeholders to ensure that the solutions being developed continue to deliver on UCQ outcomes from a support and functionality perspective.
 
Please note, this is a full time, permanent opportunity.  Your part in our UnitingCare team Work with internal and external stakeholders to translate their needs into technical requirements Collaborate with the Internal Architects to resolve complex design issues with innovative and practical solutions Contribute to the planning of the team's workload, flagging any concerns or opportunities identified Support the development of scope of work documents and liaise with vendors to obtain quotesEnsure all solutions meet the organization's high security standards in collaboration with the Cyber Security teamContribute to the formulation of a support structure with internal stakeholders Support internal testers in developing robust test plans and scripts Gather feedback from end users to improve systems and design efficient solutions Maintain high standards during implementation and contribute to the team's success Produce project artifacts, including requirements traceability matrixes Work closely with business stakeholders and team members to ensure world class delivery of Salesforce solution Participate in regular Solution Architecture Review Group forums where compliance of proposed solutions is evaluated, and adherence to approved designs are confirmed Provide strategic advice in respect to Salesforce CRM and solution architecture.What makes a difference for us?
