We are seeking a talented Salesforce Developer to join our client. As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining Salesforce solutions that meet our business needs. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, architect solutions, and ensure the successful delivery of Salesforce projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Salesforce development, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities: Design, develop, and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies. Customize and configure Salesforce to meet business requirements, including workflows, process builder, validation rules, and custom objects. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Perform code reviews, ensure code quality, and adhere to best practices. Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems using APIs and web services. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce configuration and customization. Keep up to date with the latest Salesforce features and technologies and recommend solutions to improve system efficiency and performance. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and quality assurance testers, to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions. Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and support. Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and team members. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Salesforce Developer certification (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II). Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce development, with a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, configuration, and customization. Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs. Experience with Salesforce integration using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and ETL tools. Solid understanding of software development best practices, including version control, testing, and deployment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
