Salesforce Delivery Lead Permanent – Melbourne / Sydney $180,000 – $200,000 + Super We are partnering with a global Salesforce Consulting Partner as they continue to build their high-performing and well-respected team here in Australia. On the back of winning some of the biggest cloud deals in the Southern Hempishepere, they are looking for a Salesforce Delivery Lead to oversee the successful delivery of these projects

The Role The Salesforce Delivery Lead is responsible for driving successful salesforce projects with enterprise customers. This role is focused on stakeholder and customer engagement, where you will manage both internal and external teams. This position is ultimately responsible for the success of the services team, including project delivery, customer satisfaction, budget, and utilization.

Responsibilities A successful candidate will perform the following activities:

Effectively maintain delivery goals for on-time, to-spec, and on-budget across the project portfolio. Ensure your team follows company policy and procedures to deliver excellence consistently. Be the escalation point for all project leads and clients on service-related issues. Job Requirements – Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities A successful candidate must have proficient knowledge/capabilities in the following areas: Experience performing a Delivery Manager/Lead role on Salesforce projects Experience with requirements scoping, solution design, and project estimation on large enterprise projects Ability to work both collaboratively with team members as well as autonomously on projects and tasks An outgoing and engaging individual who is effective at building good working relationships with all levels of the organization Demonstrated professionalism, tact, diplomacy, discretion, and judgment Detail- and customer-oriented team player with excellent organizational and follow-up skills Why you should apply Opportunity to work with well-known enterprise customers Work with global brand Work on some of the largest projects in Australia To be considered for this role pleaseapplywith an updated CV and we will be in contact.
