PSAG TECHNOLOGIES PTY LTD - Southbank, VICIT Source: uWorkin JOB DESCRIPTION Experience: 10 - 12 yearsJob Responsibilities:· Lead Salesforce architecture and technical team; design, create and enhance application architecture and assist the client to shape their architectural vision and roadmap plan.· Develop customised solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, client requirements, and company goals· Communicate with project managers, clients, and other developers to design cohesive project strategies and ensure effective collaboration throughout all phases of development, testing and deployment· Maintain a flexible and proactive work environment to facilitate a quick response to changing project requirements and customer objectives, and innovate ways to meet project goals successfully· Interact directly with clients, managers and end-users as necessary to analyse project objectives and capability requirements, including specifications for user interfaces, customised applications, and interactions with internal Salesforce instances· Design and instruct the solution framework to the Salesforce development team.· Create POCs for the client to help them understand the proposed solution and also drive the solution meetings with Customers.· Understand the User Stories and provide accurate work load estimates.· Work in a consultative fashion to improve communication, collaboration, and alignment amongst teams inside and outside of the organization.· Stay current on Salesforce releases, new features, product roadmaps.· Contribution towards building the salesforce practice and pre-salesJob Skills & QualificationsRequired:· Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent· Minimum work experience 10 to 12 years of software development and 6 years of Salesforce application development· Self-motivated and creative· Proficient with Salesforce basics, Apex, VisualForce, Lightning, RDBMS and JavaScript Sales Cloud/Service Cloud, SFDX· Experience in multi-system integration· Experience in source code control· Open to travelPreferred:· Salesforce Developer Certification – Platform developer 1 and 2, Sales, Service, Community· Experience developing customer-facing applications· Development using Standard Salesforce and Force.com platform (Lightning, Apex, Triggers, Workflow rules, VF pages)· Sales and Service Cloud including Customer and Partner portal (community) development experience.· Working knowledge of force.com sites will be an advantage. Force.com Migration Tool, Web Services/SOA & Metadata APIs.· Knowledge on XML, SOAP and REST APIs.· Experience in working in the SCRUM Team.· Good understanding of Agile Methodologies.· Good oral and written communication skills in English.
