The OpportunityYou will be responsible for the administration and support of both Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Service Cloud, ensuring seamless integration between the existing systems.
This role is critical in optimising marketing campaigns and customer service processes, supporting TripADeal's mission to make travel dreams come true.
This specialist role will collaborate closely with our Marketing team, Technology team and external partners to deliver effective and innovative solutions in a dynamic and supportive work environment.
This role is for a seasoned Salesforce ecosystem specialist who can hit the ground running.
Organisational StructureThis is a permanent, full-time role based 100% onsite at either our Varsity Lakes Gold Coast office or Byron Bay Headquarters, Monday to Friday, 8-4pm or 9-5pm - you choose!
You will report directly to our Head of Technology and collaborate extensively with both internal and external stakeholders.
