At MMS, our purpose is clear: To make a difference to people's lives.Guided by this commitment, we offer tailored solutions to clients and customers across our businesses in Australia and New Zealand.Our vision is to be your trusted partner, simplifying complexities and turning challenges into opportunities.Our diverse services – from salary packaging and fleet management to disability support – aim to enhance your financial wellbeing and empower your aspirations.Through our subsidiaries, we offer a breadth of services and expertise designed to responsibly deliver superior long-term value to our clients and customers, which include Federal and State governments and some of the largest public and private sector, health and charitable organisations.As the Salesforce Administrator, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation and ongoing development of our Salesforce platform.This includes gathering feedback and requirements, designing scalable solutions that align with best practices, and providing support to users through ticket management, training, and user-centric design.The satisfaction of our Salesforce users is a top priority, and you will work closely with other teams to maximise the platform's potential.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESAll aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, sharing rulesSalesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards and reports.Identify and gather requirements, translating into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience.Identify unused or underutilised platform features.Troubleshooting and solving any issues that arise with the Salesforce system.Provider support to users by answering questions, resolving issues, and providing training on the Salesforce platformCreating and managing reports and dashboard to provide insights and make data-driven decisions.Responsible for integrating Salesforce with other systems, such as external API, marketing automation tools, back-office systems, and other CRM systems.Ensuring data security and compliance by ensuring the data within Salesforce is secure and compliant with relevant policies, regulations and standards.Liaise with key vendor including Salesforce and external development and support vendors to achieve business outcomes.Staying up to date with Salesforce releases and features and implement them as necessary.Knowledge & ExperienceStrong analytical skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group including subject matter experts, manager, executives and technical resources.A demonstrated ability to solve problems.Strong understanding of Salesforce and its capabilities with the ability to configure and customise to meeting the specific needs of the business.Experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards and reports.Experience working with data within Salesforce, including data migration, data validation, and data quality management.QualificationsStrong Salesforce product knowledgeAt least 2+ years of Salesforce Administration hands-on experience with Sales, Service and Experience CloudTrailhead Badges/Super BadgesCertified Salesforce AdministratorWhat we can offer you:Our strong people-first cultureFlexible/hybrid working to enhance your work/life balanceNovated lease benefits and discounts12 weeks Paid Parental leave and access to our Parents PortalExempt Employee Share PlanPaid Income Protection Insurance under MMSG default Super planAccess to a broad range of learning and development programsCareer break and volunteering leaveAccess to Employee Assistance Program and annual Flu vaccinationLifestyle Rewards program As an employer who embraces Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, we hold a collective commitment to foster an environment where all differences are valued and respected.We encourage Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, individuals from all backgrounds, including those caring for and living with disability to apply.Please note all successful candidates will be required to undergo background checks.
