Salesforce Administrator

12 + 12 months with some WFH Brisbane, Canberra, Sydney, Adelaide, Melbourne Obtain your Baseline security clearance Our client, a Federally funded Agency focused on helping the disability community is seeking a Salesforce Administrator.
Duties: Obtain a detailed understanding of the organisations complex business processes and rules.
Maintain and configure Service Cloud, Health Cloud and Digital Experience applications.
Understand all aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups and sharing rules.
Work out of a Level 2 support queue, investigating tickets and support requests raised by users.
Criteria: 12 years experience within Salesforce eco-system & Certified Salesforce Admin.
Strong customer-focused attitude with proven track record of responsive, effective.
communication, and the ability to empathise with and prioritise customer needs.
Experience in designing, building and debugging Flows, including screen, auto launched, and scheduled Flows with knowledge of error handling and optimising Flows will be highly regarded.
Hands on experience with version control, branching and metadata deployments, and exposure and or hands on experience with Vlocity Omni Studio.
