Permanent $110,000 – $120,000 + Super CalibrX is the leading Salesforce Recruitment Agency in Australia. We are partnering with a national manufacturing organisation looking to add a Salesforce Administrator into the organisation.
In this fantastic opportunity, you will effectively be the Salesforce SME and take ownership of the platform. You will lead and run all Salesforce projects in the business, design and streamline processes, and advise on best practices. The right person will have a strong technical capability on sales and service cloud writing complex flows, integrating third-party apps, and get exposure to Field Service Lightning and Pardot.
Responsibilities:Develop and implement solutions in Salesforce that align with business objectives.Work with key stakeholders to identify new and innovative ways to get the best out of the platform.Support a diverse partner group in all phases of Salesforce administration.Develop training material and provide training across the organisation.Experience:Proven experience leading a Salesforce instance as the Salesforce Administrator.Understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the Salesforce platform, including Salesforce user and security model and governor limits.Experience integrating Salesforce applications with external systems.Experience with Pardot and Field Service is a plus.Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously and use initiative.Result-oriented.Why you should apply:Work with industry leaders.An opportunity to own the Salesforce platform and have a real impact on the use and adoption of the system.Opportunity to learn new products on the platform.If you are interested in this role and would like to hear more, hit the apply button with your updated CV and we will be in contact.
