Sales Team Manager (Wholesale Fashion)

The position is available for full time only and is based in our client showroom office in the heart of the fashion wholesale industry, conveniently located 3 minute walk from Central Station.Our client aims to build great company culture and rewarding our team for high performanceAbout the role:Lead and motivate the company's sales team, provide support, training and guidance to each of your directs, prioritise creating a supportive work environment that encourages communication and teamworkWeekly one on one meetings with each team member within the sales department to ensure clear alignment of goals and objectivesDevelop and implement strategic sales plans to expand customer bases in local and international marketsIdentify new business opportunities and partnerships to drive growth and business expansionBuild and maintain strong relationships with regular buyers and business owners from existing database of E-commerce and physical store retailersProviding exceptional face to face customer service in the showroom and through other various platforms, selling full range of styles to B2B clienteleMaximising sales with excellent product knowledge and upsellingAchieving set weekly/monthly KPIs individually and as a teamProvide strategic direction to sales team by outlining short term and long term goals that align with execution of yearly sales planWho are we looking for?Previous experience in a leadership role, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team through effective management skillsDemonstrate clear leadership values that help nurture and progress the teamAbility to problem solve and navigate through any challenges that arisePassionate about delivering high standards in customer servicePossesses excellent communication and people skillsAbility to build strong, long-term relationships with customersProven sales experience with a strong track record of achieving KPIs and sales targetsStrong analytical skills, with the ability to analyse sales data and market trends to inform strategic decision making and planningBe self-motivated and able to work independently and collaborativelyDemonstrate great organisation, planning and time management skillsYou are required to have at least 3-5 years of customer service/account management experience and at least 1 year of leadership or managerial experience.
