Joining an award winning team, with experience spanning 60 years, recognised as leaders in the residential, rural property and livestock sales across Central NSW, you will closely with the Sales Support team to provide administrative assistance to the Sales Agents, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.Joining an energetic, enthusiastic group with a passion for success, this is a varied role that will see you as the first point of contact for our clients and supporting our agents with: banking & purchasing, reporting, reconciling accounts, creating marketing collateral for new listings and preparing contracts. With the backing of the Elders network, you will be provided with the tools necessary to take clients through the end-to-end sales process and supported to learn and grow your career. ResponsibilitiesAs a key member of the branch, you will enjoy a varied day including: Providing administrative support to the livestock and rural supplies teamSupporting the livestock and farm supplies teams as neededAssisting with expense management to ensure the branch is operating effectively Creating promotional and marketing materials for the branch to actively promote the Elders brand noWorking with the Elders team to allow clients to explore new innovative opportunities Maximising promotional opportunities, including helping at field days and community events About youTo succeed at Elders, you: Previous administrative experience in a fast-paced environmentCommitment to providing a high level of customer servicePoses a creative flair, both written and content design, with an interest in the Real Estate industryProficiency with the Microsoft office suite, with strong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to thrive in a collaborative and results-focussed working environmentStrong attention to detail with the ability to prioritise, plan and meet deadlinesPassion to positively drive change for both your clients and your communityAbout EldersAs a trusted Australian agribusiness, we have played an important role in the agricultural sector for 185 years.
