This National Sales Manager position will lead and manage sales operations throughout Australia. As the National Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing 12 direct report sales staff.You will lead, motivate, and activate a team, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.You will develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to achieve and exceed sales targets, expand market share, and maximise revenue.You will collaborate with other senior sales leaders, marketing, service and education to ensure a seamless and customer-centric approach across all functions.You will track and analyse sales performance metrics, generate timely reports, and present data to senior management, using data-driven insights to optimise sales performance.WHAT YOU WILL NEED
Bachelor degree in business, marketing, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, in medical devices, managing and leading sales teams, with a track record of activating sales teams to succeed.Demonstrated success in sales performance and meeting/exceeding targets.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Interstate Travel: Be willing to travel approximately 30% of the time, mostly interstate.Full Australian working rights.
