We are looking for a Sales Support Officer Real Estate to join the growing team on a permanent, Full Time basis. Our Real Estate Sales Support Officers are the first people our clients see when they interact with Charles Stewart. Your expert customer service skills will operate as the backbone of the branch and support the sales teams in building relationships with clients. With the backing of our network, you will be provided with the tools necessary to take clients through the end-to-end sales process and supported to learn and grow your career. This position would suit someone with a passion for Real Estate with an interest in becoming a Sales Agent in the future. Responsibilities (include but not limited to): Assist with open homes and inspections Provide support to vendors and buyers Prepare listing and presentation materials Develop and distribute marketing materials Preparing CMAs Property settlement support, including pre-settlement checks Database management Support with general administration as required About you: Is a great communicator, friendly and possesses exceptional people skills Self-motivated with a positive can-do attitude Well-developed computer skills Possess a high level of organisation and time management skills Current driver's license Willing to work hard and have a team first attitude Has a genuine passion to one day be a successful real estate agent Certificate IV in Real Estate – or willingness to obtain If you are ready to grow your career, please click on 'Apply' today.
