Our customer base is broad and can include local farmers, primary producers, and trade customers.
The focus of your role is to provide a memorable experience for all customers either in store or over the telephone whilst:Performing general administrative tasks including stock control, ordering, receipting, and dispatching of goods.Assisting customers with pricing and product queries and processing counter sales.Maintaining safety processes.Assisting with merchandise campaign material.Maintaining a welcoming, friendly, and well-presented store environment.Loading and unloading trucks, dispatching, and unpacking orders and deliveries.About you:To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience in a team support role in a busy environment.
You'll have a passion for Australian farming and agriculture, ideally with knowledge of animal health and rural merchandise.
