Join Nutrien Ag Solutions the ag retailer of the future12 month Fixed Term roleLocated in Timboon, VIC We are currently offering an exciting opportunity for full-time permanent Sales Support Merchandiser & Administrator to join our Timboon branch to help drive instore sales of our agricultural merchandise products and support with day-to-day administration of the branch.
This is 12 month fixed term role.
A typical day may look like:Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will focus on developing strong customer relationships.
Our customer base is broad and can include local farmers, primary producers and trade customers and the focus of your role is to provide a memorable experience for all customers either in store or over the telephone whilst: Performing branch administrative tasks including accounts payable, expenses, banking, stock control, ordering, receiptingMaintaining our finance accounts and identifying opportunities Assist customers with pricing and product queries Processing counter sales and assisting our broader sales teamLoading and unloading trucks, dispatching, and unpacking orders and deliveriesMaintaining safety processes within the branchWhat we'll love about you:To be successful in this role you will have previous experience in a team support/sales role in a busy environment and have a passion for Australian farming and agriculture.
In addition, you will demonstrate: A proactive approach to work and practical organisation skillsExcellent attention to detailEffective verbal communications skills to build solid long-term customer relationshipsProblem solving skills and empathy to resolve customer issues promptlyAbility to identify ways to improve internal processes Current driver's licence and forklift ticket is preferred but not essential Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook & the ability to learn new systems quickly Why work for us?
