We are seeking to employ an Administration Officer in our dynamic team in Belconnen.
As an Administration Officer , you will play a pivotal role in ensuring dealership operations run efficiently and our customers receive an exceptional experience.
You will: Assist with Brand Marketing across both Toyota Dealerships.
Manage a series of administrative support functions.
Manage requests and enquiries.
Ensure the integrity and accuracy of information in systems and databases.
Use mainstream software including the Microsoft Office Suite and database applications (Intermediate - Advanced skills required).
Assist with special projects as required.
Support the team with various activities.

Hold a current full driver's licence.
