About our Opportunity As a valued team member of our Bayswater branch, you will work as part of a team to provide administration support to our Sales team and deliver an exceptional level of service to our customers. This is a varied role, but a typical day will involve scheduling appointments, processing sales orders, generating energy rating reports, promptly responding to customer phone and email inquiries, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise. In doing so, you will directly contribute to both the success of the Sales team and the quality of our customers' experience.
About you We're looking to leverage your customer service and administrative experience, along with a keenness to learn and work as part of a collaborative team. You will be a well-organized team player who contributes to a positive work environment, is pragmatic in your approach to providing quality customer service, and remains unaffected when working through customer issues.
You will have:
