The Opportunity: We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Support/Administrator to join our team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for people, attention to detail, and experience in real estate or a similar industry.
You will play a key role in supporting our Sales team and ensuring our customers have an exceptional experience as they explore their new homes.
Please Note: This role is part-time, 2 days per week being Tuesday and Wednesday.Ability to do additional hours when Sales Manager is on leave.Shortlisted candidates will be contacted from 6 January 2025.Key Responsibilities: Conduct one-on-one tours and inspections with potential customers, showcasing village facilities and homes.Follow up with customers via calls and activities, ensuring all information is accurately recorded in the CRM system.Maintain and update CRM records based on customer interactions.Assist the Salesperson in preparing and completing critical documents, including Occupancy Applications, Disclosure Documents, and Contracts.Manage customer feedback, objections, and limited variations to build designs.Facilitate discussions regarding the sales and build process, ensuring a smooth customer journey.Contribute to weekly reporting and data management as required.Commit to safe work practices and uphold a professional, respectful dialogue at all times.About You: To thrive in this role, you will bring:
Experience: Prior experience in a similar role, preferably within real estate, sales, or a related industry.Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems.Excellent organisational skills with a strong eye for detail.Exceptional customer service and communication skills, particularly in face-to-face interactions and follow-up calls.Ability to manage and support customers throughout the sales and build processes.Why Join Us?
