This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organized individual with a background in funds management or administration to support a small but high performing busy sales team.As a Sales Support Associate, you will provide critical support to both the wholesale and institutional sales teams.
Your role will involve assisting in client servicing, preparing presentations, generating reports, and managing CRM systems.
You will act as a liaison between internal teams and external clients, ensuring smooth communication and efficient operations.Role ResponsibilitiesAssist the wholesale and institutional sales teams with administrative tasks, client requests, and data management.Prepare sales presentations, pitch books, and client reports and assist with RFI/RFP requests and maintenance of local documents.Maintain and update CRM systems and ensure accurate tracking of client interactions.Coordinate meetings and follow-up actions with internal stakeholders and external clients/platforms and vendors.Support the team in product research, market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and managing external vendors including appointed Responsible Entities and trustees.Key CapabilitiesPrior experience in funds management or funds administration, e.g.
