About the Role We are seeking a highly organized and communicative individual to join our Sales Team as a Sales Administrative Support. This dynamic role will provide administrative support to our Key Account Managers, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our sales team is equipped to succeed.
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service: Ensure that Givaudan leads the way in providing world-class service to our customers. General Support: Provide general back-up and business support to our Key Account Managers. Cultivate Customer Relationships: Cultivate customer relationships within portfolio accounts. Customer Directories: Prepare and maintain Customer Directories for Key Account Managers, containing all aspects of prices, codes, and contacts. Documentation: Ensure an efficient service on all aspects of customer documentation, questionnaires, and product information documents. Commercial Projects: Assist in managing commercial projects in collaboration with Key Account Managers, including entering projects, monitoring progress, and identifying customer requirements. Customer Complaints: Investigate and assist in resolving customer complaints as necessary. Project Transition: Take ownership for transitioning customer projects/new wins from scale-up to production. Market Monitoring: Monitor customer market products and brands using Global New Product Database and trade journals. Professional Experience We are looking for an individual with 3+ years of experience in a sales administrative support role or an account assistant role. Previous experience in customer service and stakeholder engagement is also highly valued.
Technical SkillsTech Savvy: Advanced computer literacy, proficient in common PC applications (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite), and able to pick up new systems quickly. Time Management: Ability to work autonomously and as a team, keeping to project deadlines. Interpersonal Skills: Excellent stakeholder management and ability to work well with others in a team. Organisational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including effective listening skills. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think creatively and find optimal solutions.
