Sales Support/Administrator

Richardson & Wrench Maroubra is seeking a motivated and positive sales administrator who capable to manage sales administration and marketing needs. 
This role will mostly liaise directly to Director and working closely to support a successful sales team. An outstanding administration abilities and attention to detail are essential attributes of the successful candidate.
Main duties and responsibilities: Administration rolePrepare appraisal listingManaging Sales Trust AccountingLiaising with solicitorsCoordinating marketing material including online advertisingBooking photographersPreparing vendor reportsLiaising with purchasers & vendorsUpdating in-house database throughout the sales processManage sales listing from signing to settlementProvide support to the sales team when requiredPreferred qualifications and experience: Outstanding customer service skillsProficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applicationsAbility to work effectively and responsive to assigned tasksExceptional attention to detailDemonstrates initiative and a can do attitude with a smileThis is a fantastic opportunity to join an innovative and friendly team!
