Sales Support Administrator

The Role We are currently seeking an experienced Project Administrator to join a dynamic team. You will be responsible for providing administrative support for a variety of projects . You will be required to liaise with suppliers, clients, and other stakeholders, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities Assist in the planning and coordination of projects, including scheduling and resource allocation Prepare and maintain project documentation, such as project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes Liaise with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure that project deliverables are met Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards Track project progress and provide regular status reports. Assist with the procurement of materials and equipment for projects Provide administrative support to the Manager, as required Requirements Proven experience as a Project Administrator or similar role Excellent organizational and time-management skills Strong attention to detail Proficiency in Excel Knowledge of procurement processes and procedures Ability to work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders Must have Full rights to work in Australia.
