Proudly exporting their award-winning Wagyu under the "L'grow" brand!About the RoleThe Sales Supervisor will play a key role in driving growth by identifying and securing new customers in both domestic and international markets. This role involves developing strategic sales initiatives, optimising supply chain processes, and maintaining strong relationships with major accounts. The Sales Supervisor will regularly visit customers, attend industry events, and generate leads to expand the reach of our clients premium Wagyu beef.You will manage customer relationships, create strategic sales initiatives, and develop new market opportunities domestically and internationally. With a focus on developing market penetration into North America and domestic premium wholesale markets, you will play a pivotal role in leading the strategic sales initiatives, building lasting customer relationships, and exploring new market opportunities across the globe.Driving the success of the L'grow brand, your duties will include, but not be limited to:Identify and target potential customers in domestic and international markets.Support team efforts in optimising the supply chain.Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to penetrate key markets.Serve as the primary point of contact for major accounts.Conduct regular customer visits, attend relevant industry events, and generate new leads to expand L'grow's market reach.Showcase the quality, taste, and benefits of Sandalwood's premium Wagyu beef.Collaborate with product development teams to identify opportunities for improvement.Prepare regular sales performance reports, analyse market data, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement and market expansion.Provide feedback to the Production/Management team on quality specifications and assist in quality control processes as needed.For a full list of duties, a formal position description can be provided upon request.About You2+ years of sales experience, preferably in beef products.Strong knowledge of agricultural supply systems, export/import logistics for perishable commodities.Familiarity with the livestock and meat industries in Australia, New Zealand, and North America.Technical knowledge of beef products.Strong work ethic with a "go-to" attitude and the ability to work effectively in a small team.Willingness to travel extensively, both domestically and internationally.Ability to work under pressure and independently create opportunities with minimal supervision.Other certification/licences desired for the role (or willingness to acquire) include:Tertiary qualifications in Business, Agriculture, or Marketing.What's on offerFlexible work location and hybrid working environment.Competitive renumeration package and benefits.Owned by the 5th largest company in Korea, this role provides the opportunity to work with a global company.Choose Agri TalentAgri Talent provides permanent recruitment and executive search services exclusively for Australian agribusiness.
