The role works with various stakeholders including A&D, Building Contractors, Distributors and Retail. This role will be heavily focused on nurturing relationships with existing customers alongside executing a clear new business development plan.
DescriptionThe role of Sales/Specification Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth by building strong relationships with architects, designers and contractors. The role will have a focus on two core areas, product specification and project management.
SpecificationWork with design teams to specify products for new projectsProvide technical support to a variety of stakeholdersConduct product presentations and specification meetingsRelationship managementProject ManagementTrack project status from initial specification to final purchaseWork collaboratively with internal teams such as marketing, logistics, customer service and productionProvide reports on sales activity, project specifications and competitor analysisMonitor industry trendsProfileSales experience ideally from within the building product/material or construction industryAn understanding of the specification process and experience of working with architects and designersLocation and RenumerationWorking remotely across Greater Sydney and the wider NSW region.A competitive salary package of base, super, car allowance & STI
