Your team responsibilities

MSCI's Real Assets business is currently looking for a Sales Specialist to continue to support the growth in the APAC region.

Your key responsibilities
• Responsible for direct sales, including generating new business and increasing existing business. You will have experience in identifying value add opportunities within client organisations via research, direct outreach, networking, attendance at industry events. Additionally, you will support larger scale activities and initiatives of the direct team and business as a whole.

Your skills and experience that will help you excel
• Interest and some knowledge of Commercial Real Estate market
• Experience in the insurance and/or banking industry may be advantageous
• Understanding of and/or experience of strategic and consultative selling
• Experience with a recurring subscription based revenue model is a plus
• Ability to develop and manage sales efforts to build and manage a pipeline of potential revenue
• Demonstratable oral, written and presentation skills
• Positive attitude coupled with self-drive
• Comfortable working in fast growing, rapidly changing environment.
