They specialise in maintaining, repairing, installing, and manufacturing air conditioning, refrigeration, and ventilation equipment for both commercial and industrial sectors.
Job Description: They are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join the team as a Full-Time Sales and Cold Calling Specialist.

This role involves reaching out to potential customers in the local area, utilising an established database and tried and tested approach.
Key Responsibilities: Make cold calls to potential customers in the local area.
Utilise an established database and approach to effectively communicate with prospects.
Generate leads and set up sales appointments.
Promote a range of HVAC-R solutions to commercial and industrial clients.
Maintain detailed records of calls and customer interactions.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Requirements: Proven experience in sales and cold calling.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Familiarity with HVAC-R industry is a plus, but not required.
