Manage and grow an existing Client portfolioTake the next step in your insurance careerHybrid role – work from home and our office in the heart of the Adelaide CBDClient Executive | AdelaideWe are seeking a Client Executive to join our high performing Adelaide National Team, which specialises in the delivery of best-in-class risk management solutions.The Client Executive will service and grow a defined portfolio of existing clients, support with execution of new business strategies and will be a key part of business growth projects and implementation.This role will be closely supported by experienced client managers and leadership, ensuring ongoing learning and professional growth.We are seeking a future Broker looking to grow their skills in a progressive culture.We have an extensive presence across Australia, with representation in each State capital and an extensive regional branch network.Aon is in the business of better decisionsAt Aon, we shape decisions for the better to protect and enrich the lives of people around the world.As an organization, we are united through trust as one inclusive, diverse team, and we are passionate about helping our colleagues and clients succeed.What the day will look likeEnd to end account management of an existing portfolio of Commercial clientsServicing, sales and client administration responsibilities for your portfolioBuild strong relationship with clients as well as internal and external stakeholdersProactively engage with clients around their risks and insurance policiesRespond to day-to-day queries from clients including management of claimsProcess renewals, endorsements, Certificates of Currencies, invoicingSkills and experience that will lead to success:Our ideal candidate will relate to the following:The ability to build strong client relationships.Outstanding communicationExperience in a similar role or within the insurance/financial services industry (highly regarded)Comfortable growing an existing Client portfolioAttention to detailThrives in a learning & growth environmentTier 1 Qualification (Insurance Broking)Basic insurance technical skills (highly regarded)How we support our colleaguesIn addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
