In this Specialist role, you will work with the broader Sales and Service Teams to uplift the existing Height Safety service levels while balancing customer satisfaction with sales and margin growth.
This role will see you provide technical support to the sales team during the quoting and tendering process for height safety projects, as well as remote and onsite support to the service team for audits and installations.
This is a permanent, full-time opportunity and will be based at Bullivants Acacia Ridge.
Given the nature of the role, there will be the requirement for some travel to branches and customer sites across the eastern seaboard.
Tasks and Responsibilities: Support the broader Sales Team with relevant technical requirements to deliver on a compelling offering Provide technical insight to support with finalising quotes and tenders Collaborate with Services Team to provide ongoing technical support for height safety installations Ensure Height Safety installations are completed within agreed timeframes and to budget Scope new sites for installation of Height Safety systems Review and audit existing installations to ensure compliance to standards Oversee the rectification and resolution of any non-conformance findings Key skills: Previous experience in the Height Safety industry Advanced knowledge of Height Safety systems and relevant usage Experience in interpreting and applying relevant standards (specifically AS1891, AS5532 and AS1657) Ability to work autonomously while partnering with stakeholders A customer centric commitment to deliver on requirements High level attention to detail A forward-thinking mentality to mitigate future problems What's in it for you: Tool of trade vehicle provided See your work come to life Opportunities to grow and develop your career Discounts to Wesfarmers retailers (Bunnings, Kmart, Officeworks, Target) Long and short term incentives Next Steps If you meet most of the criteria listed above and would like to be considered for this opportunity, please send your application today.
