Your key duties will include (but are not limited to):

Undertake sales tasks relating to the sale of properties including prospecting, conducting appraisals, listings, open for inspections and auctions
Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property
Determine clients' needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them
Perform comparative market analysis to estimate property value
Organise and conduct open for inspections, private inspections and VIP inspections
Manage internal company customer relationship databases
Maintain and update listings of available properties
Promote sales through advertising, open homes and listing services
Attend all internal training and meetings to remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices

To be successful in this highly critical role, you will ideally demonstrate:

Minimum 12 months proven sales experience
Industry standard certifications
Demonstrated organisational, analytical and problem solving skills with the perseverance to achieve goals
Full of energy and genuine desire to learn and commitment to succeed
Thrive in a high paced environment
Well-developed verbal and written communication skills, including professional correspondence and reports
Ability to work independently and as a member of a team to achieve sales targets and goals within agreed deadlines
Well-developed interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to develop effective working relationships
Computer literacy and keyboard skills of a high standard, including proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and experience in real estate programs
Corporate, professional presentation
Own vehicle
