In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales of our industry-leading 4x4 accessories and equipment.
As an integral part of our organisation, you will contribute to the overall success of the business by building strong relationships with our customers and promoting our high-quality products.
What you'll be doing Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend the best products to meet their requirements.Process sales transactions and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.Book jobs to the workshop.Liaise with fitters and mechanics.Maintain detailed product knowledge to advise customers on the features and benefits of our offerings.Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.Participate in regular training to stay up-to-date with new product developments and industry trends.What we're looking for Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.Strong customer service orientation and the ability to provide a positive customer experience.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers.Technical aptitude and the ability to understand and explain product features and benefits.Passion for the 4x4 and automotive industry.What we offer At ARB GERALDTON, we are committed to providing our employees with a rewarding and fulfilling work environment.
