Account & Relationship Management (Sales) Pacific Hoseflex has an immediate start opportunity for a Sales Manager – WA/NT to join our well-established company.
About Us Pacific Hoseflex is a leading provider of engineering fluid transfer products. Through trusted relationships, we work closely with our clients to design and build hose assemblies, expansion joints, fittings, piping systems, and couplings for all applications. Australian owned and operated, we are a progressive business with advanced digital systems.
Pacific Hoseflex is recognized as an industry leader in engineering fluid transfer products. We supply a wide range of fluid transfer products to tier one Oil, Gas, and Mining companies, as well as Space, Defence, Water treatment, Petroleum, and Pharmaceutical companies and many other industries around the world.
The Opportunity We are looking for a Sales Manager – WA/NT to join our Sales team at our Cockburn Central Branch in WA.
If you have a passion for selling and building client relationships, then this position gives you the opportunity to be part of an industry leader.
Ideally, you will be a self-motivated and driven person with experience in connecting with Tier 1 Oil, Gas, and Mining clients. You will possess the ability to convert client interactions into long-term customer relationships. With strong leadership skills, you will have the opportunity to drive growth strategies for the Branch and be an integral leader/influencer within both the Branch and the business at large.
How You'll Make a Difference Working closely with the Sales/Estimating Team, your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Manage and execute sales revenue.Develop sales strategies that will result in increased sales.Develop and undertake a comprehensive sales plan focusing on key targets and identified areas.Negotiate with key accounts and maintain key customer contacts.Create leads and convert them to opportunities and enquiries to increase new business sales.Lead generation and follow-up to enable/accomplish execution.About You As the successful candidate, you will have:
Tertiary qualifications in Business and/or Diploma of Management and/or equivalent experience.Proven industry sales management background (ideally within the Tier 1 Oil, Gas, and Mining industries).Excellent customer relationship building skills.Excellent time management capabilities, presentation, and communication skills.Strategic planning abilities.Flexibility to perform a variety of tasks in relation to the volume and range of work.Strong literacy and numeracy skills.Ability to use company enterprise platforms.Ability and drive to work autonomously to produce successful outcomes.Perks of working at Pacific Hoseflex Competitive salary (negotiable based on experience).
