Currently, they are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Equipment Sales Representative to join their team in Wollongong.
Your OpportunityYour role is responsible for selling high-quality waste equipment to waste management companies, manufacturing, and other associated industries.
You will work closely with key decision makers to assess their immediate and ongoing needs and then develop a tailored proposal that produces an effective and efficient solution.
You will develop an effective territory management plan based on call cycles, long-term sales, and a solution sale approach.
Identify and target potential clients within the waste management and manufacturing industries.Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our waste equipment.Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.Provide excellent after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.YouTo be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the waste management or manufacturing industry (ideal but not essential).Strong understanding of mechanical/capital equipment sales.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.The RewardsYour salary package will include a competitive base salary of $140K to $180K + Car / Allowance + Super.
