About our Opportunity Our Windows Division is looking for a sales hunter to be based out of our Maroochydore office prospecting new trade customers, service existing residential builder clients and follow up on quote leads and enquiries received from retail customers for our Windows and Doors products in the Sunshine Coast region.
The role will predominantly be on road as you strategically canvas new Windows and Door business opportunities targeting new customers, meeting existing clients, measuring, promoting, quoting and providing product information, whilst being present and accessible for our customer base.
You will diligently plan, organise and carry out selling activities that will enable you to exceed your sales targets and contribute to the sustainable profitable growth.
The remainder of your time will be based at the Maroochydore office producing quotes, tenders, engaging in correspondence and researching potential new clients.
In addition, you'll:
account manage and develop retail and trade customersstrategically execute business development initiatives to generate sales leads and achieve KPIs, revenue and margin targetsdevelop product and industry knowledgemanage contacts through Sales Databasesinterpret technical design plans, plus assess and measure job projectsUndertake plan take-offspreparing selling activity reportsattend, as required, out-of-hours industry events such as Trade Shows, Awards Ceremonies, Sales and Industry Meetings and Promotional Events.About You We're looking for an experienced sales hunter within the building industry ideally with window sales or similar building products.
Leveraging your ability to build positive relationships will be a must along with your capability to negotiate, close deals, combined with your ability to proactively find and develop new business will be key to your success in this role.
