About the opportunity: We currently have an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Sales Representative to work in our Job Site Specialist team in our Milwaukee Outdoor Power Equipment department. We are looking for someone that has a strong trade or landscaping background. Reporting to the Business Development Manager, this position will be covering the South Sydney region. Your key objective is to create user demand for the Milwaukee Outdoor Power Equipment (OPE) range and understand the path to purchase. Maintain, support, and service the end user to create the best experience possible by offering solution-based selling.
Responsibilities: Work with all Milwaukee sales teams to plan your region so that we are engaged with as many users as possible.Execute innovative sales strategies to convert users from existing products to the Milwaukee OPE platform.Participate in sales events, state industry meetings, and social networks to represent the company's brand.Conduct training sessions on OPE products with Milwaukee staff and MX agents so they understand our value proposition.Regularly report progress to the BDM on achievements to the planned strategy.Work closely with the Milwaukee sales teams to achieve the best outcomes and mission alignment.Have the willingness to learn and develop in line with the company's competency framework.Continually work on being a high-performing sales professional whilst being conscious of contributing to a fair work/life balance.About you: Minimum 1 Year direct selling experience (desired)Experienced with using CRM software (desired)Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills.Strong organisational, time management, and problem-solving capability.If you are ready to join a growing organisation and be a part of an outstanding team, we want to hear from you!
