Sales Representative - Independent Grocery

This role is dedicated to serving Metro Perth WA 

The Role: Building effective relationships with your customer base in the Independent Grocery space and identifying new opportunities.  Merchandising and activating promotional activity. Maintain weekly/monthly call cycle to ensure customer expectations are met. Grow existing customer base and secure new customers in your territory. Understand our client's priorities and action with exceptional planning and execution. Negotiate volume & distribution commitments, with optimized shelf positioning and new product ranging. Ensure execution of the client's strategic vision along with executing marketing initiatives. Overnight regional (visits required). Do you have what it takes? Demonstrated sales or customer service background with FMCG Independent Grocery experience - essential A natural people's person, you will have the ability to build strong working relationships with a variety of stakeholders You will have basic tech-proficiencies with MS Office, email and CRM systems Self-starter and comfortable working autonomously while engaging and contributing to team success Excellent time management skills with a keen eye for detail An organised approach to planning in advance An enthusiastic go-getter who works well under pressure A valid Australian drivers license and car  What's in it for you?
