About your new job!
As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and maintaining strong relationships with customers. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing opportunities within the construction and building sector, promoting our client's products and services.
Your duties will include but not be limited to:
Identify customer decision-makers and leverage relationship opportunities to generate sales.Maintain a high degree of quality awareness and monitor quality performance.Relationship management with customers and collaboration with the sales team.Lead management through various sources and report progress in the CRM system.Identification and promotion of the company's prefabrication solutions and value-added products.Sales administration, including accurate articulation of pricing with stakeholders.About you!
•Qualifications are a benefit but not essential – previous experience is key!
•Proven experience in field sales with extended knowledge of construction processes.
•Commercial and technical knowledge of construction and building industry products.
•Capable of negotiating with customers at all tiers.
•High level of negotiation skills and customer-oriented approach.
•Goal-orientated and effective time management skills allowing for set deadlines to be achieved.
•Ability to multitask people, events, systems, and deadlines.
•Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised in the field publicly.
•Must have a current driver's licence.
