We are now seeking a driven Sales Representative, who thrives on developing strong relationships and delivering quality outcomes for their clients. About the role In this Sales Representative role, you will be primarily responsible for developing strong relationships with your clients, providing product insights and exceptional service throughout the sales process. You will have access to an established contact list, to expand your network and thrive in your role. This position will connect with builders and individuals who may be looking to install a new air conditioning system in their home, which will see you travelling out to different sites as required.
Your other key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Developing an in-depth knowledge of All Systems Air Conditioning's products, to be able to provide detailed information to clientsEstablishing and maintaining strong relationships with builders and other customers, expanding your professional network via phone, emails and in personActively seeking new clients & opportunities to grow your customer portfolioProviding exceptional customer service, handling customer queries and ensuring a positive customer experienceVisiting clients on-site to take measurements & providing product demonstrations as requiredMeeting with customers in the showroom to provide product information & understand their requirements, to ensure they receive the best-fit product for their needsAbout you The successful candidate will possess demonstrated experience within a sales environment, with the ability to create strong working relationships with clients. You will be proactive, determined & eager to learn – with product training provided to you in this role. Whilst not essential, it is desirable for the successful candidate to have building industry experience. As this role will receive a vehicle to travel to client sites, it is essential that the successful candidate has a current drivers' license.
Ultimately, you will be curious to learn more about the industry and thrive on engaging with others, maintaining trusted relationships to deliver high quality outcomes for your clients.
