Working within the Construction division, you will be selling our extensive product range to our existing customers within Maroochydore, Sunshine Coast and surrounding suburbs, while also building our customer base and contributing to the company's growth strategy. This role will require some overnight travel (approximately 1 night per month). Reporting to the Area Manager, your key responsibilities will include: Actively seeking new business opportunities through cold calling Maintaining and growing an established customer base Building strong working relationships and rapport with customers Liaising with internal departments to respond to customer inquiries Working to sales and customer KPIs To be considered for this role, you will have: A Full drivers license The passion for sales, resilience, and results-driven Outstanding communication skills and the ability to build long-term relationships The ability to work autonomously, be highly organized, and self-motivated The willingness to learn and desire to succeed Strong motivation to deliver an exceptional customer experience Why we are WURTH it!
