Key Responsibilities: As a Sales Representative, you will leverage your sales expertise to provide outstanding service across various aspects of real estate. Your key duties will include:
List properties for sale, conduct appraisals, home opens, and inspections, and advise buyers on property merits and sale terms.
Advise sellers on the sales process and marketing options.
Catalogue properties for sale, arrange advertising and marketing, and handle quotes and execution.
Assess buyers' needs and present suitable properties.
Offer appraisals and advice for property transactions.
Introduce suppliers for finance, land brokerage, conveyancing, and property maintenance as needed.
Assist in negotiations and provide guidance on market conditions, prices, and legal requirements.
Perform market analysis to estimate property values.
Display and market properties to potential buyers.
Prepare necessary paperwork, including contracts, disclosures, and deeds.
Manage the sales process and related tasks.
Maintain and update property listings.
Develop and maintain networks and databases.
Communicate promptly and professionally with all stakeholders.
About You: The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about real estate and eager to make a significant impact. You should possess:
Ability to deal with competing priorities and prioritise accordingly.
Desire to work in a team environment, collaborating with property managers and sales team members.
Strong research skills and experience in preparing appraisals, disclosures, and transactional documentation.
Professional personal presentation.
Strong communication and negotiation skills to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Keen focus on networking with a strong client orientation.
Professional and self-motivated, with the ability to work autonomously to set and achieve business targets.
Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic work environment.
Knowledge of MS Office, CRMs, and employee databases.
Previous experience in sales in the real estate industry (preferred but not mandatory if new to the industry).
Understanding of relevant legislative requirements for property sales in Western Australia.
Current individual real estate agent or business agent license under the Real Estate and Business Agents Act 1978, or current real estate and business sales representative license (not restricted to property management).
Valid Class C Driver's License.
