Job Type: Permanent position | Full time positionJob DescriptionAs a Sales Representative for BosAg Rural, you will be responsible for selling the company's products and services to the customers in your assigned territory. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by acquiring new customers, maintaining existing relationships, and achieving sales targets. Specifically, you will be responsible for:Researching and generating leadsBuilding relationships with potential and existing customersPresenting product/service information to customersNegotiating contracts and closing salesWorking with warehousing team to maintain knowledge of stock availability and inventoryMonitoring sales trends and opportunitiesPost-sales follow up and client satisfaction surveysMaintaining sales records and reporting to managementYou will work closely with the other sales team members and leaders to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth. Multiple positions are available in locations including Armidale NSW and Dubbo NSW.Qualifications and Skills:Proven experience in business-to-business sales, preferably in agricultural, industrial, or construction products and servicesExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsCapacity to quickly obtain technical knowledge about the products/services availableStrong presentation skills with the ability to articulate product/service features and benefits effectivelyAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentResults-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growthProficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applicationsMinimum 2 years of relevant work experienceBachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not essential)Additional Requirements:Willingness to travel across the assigned territory on a planned monthly sales cycle, noting that many of our clients are based in regional AustraliaFlexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends for client meetings or eventsFull Driver's LicenseRemuneration:AUD 70,000 to 75,000 annual salary + SuperannuationAnnual salary reviewCompany Culture: Our company fosters a collaborative and dynamic work environment where innovation and creativity are encouraged.
